Simatic TI505 PLC Series

The Simatic TI505 is a modular programmable logic controller (PLC) platform used throughout industrial automation, process control, and machine control applications. Originally developed by Texas Instruments and later supported by Siemens, the family also includes compatible third-party hardware such as motion control modules from Delta Computer Systems.

This series is built around a rack-based architecture, combining a power supply, processor, and interchangeable I/O modules mounted in bases of varying slot counts. Products span a wide range of functions to suit different control requirements.

• Racks and bases — 4-, 8-, 11-, and 16-slot chassis for mounting system components.
• Power supplies — units accepting 120/240VAC or 24VDC input, providing regulated DC to the backplane.
