CAMAC 486 PLUS

During the 1990s, Cincinnati Milacron produced a robust line of injection molding machinery. One of these popular lines was their CAMAC 486 PLUS system. With a touch panel and LCD display, it provides a concise overview and control of the injection molding process.

On the operator station, we can replace worn keypads, replace the LCD screen, and fix communication issues. On the control cards, we can troubleshoot right down to the component level, and replace ICs, resistors, capacitors, etc. as necessary.

Control System Labs has a comprehensive CAMAC 486 system that is used for testing our repairs - including the CPU, FHD, EIS, CMDCO and CMDCI cards.
