CAMAC 486 PLUS
During the 1990s, Cincinnati Milacron produced a robust line of injection molding machinery. One of these popular lines was their CAMAC 486 PLUS system. With a touch panel and LCD display, it provided a concise overview and control of the injection molding process.
Control System Labs has a comprehensive CAMAC 486 system that is used for testing our repairs- including the CPU, FHD, EIS, CMDCO and CMDCI cards.
On the operator station, we can replace worn keypads, replace the LCD screen , and fix communication issues. On the control cards, we can troubleshoot to the component level, and replace ICs, resistors, capacitors, etc. as necessary.
Many of these Cincinnati Milacron systems are still in operation today across industry. With maintenance and repairs by Control System Labs, you can keep running your equipment indefinitely, thereby saving you time and money that you would need to spend on an upgrade to you production line.
