Compu-Dry CD Dryer

The Compu-Dry CD Dryer series comprises electronic control boards manufactured by Conair for the Compu-Dry CD line of industrial desiccant dryers used in plastics processing and material handling. These dryers are found across a range of models, including the CD60, CD100, CD200, CD400, CD1600, and CD2400.

The series brings together the primary circuit boards that operate these dryers, managing drying cycles, temperature regulation, timing sequences, and control of heaters, blowers, and valves.

Product Types in This Series

• Processor Boards & Modules — Microcontroller-based main control boards (such as the 107-262 and 107-206 families) that manage drying cycles, monitor system parameters, store parameters and firmware in NVRAM and EEPROM, and interface with operator displays.
• I/O Cards & Modules — Interface boards including 3- and 4-triac dryer I/O cards (107-213-01) and I/O option cards (107-214-xx) that provide optically isolated, triac-switched outputs for AC loads and configurable input/output functionality.
• Control Boards — Analog boards (107-211-01 and related) that process temperature sensor inputs using RTDs and pass calibrated signals to the processor board.
