Form Master II
The Form Master II series comprises the control system electronics used in Cincinnati Inc. hydraulic press brakes and metal forming machinery. These components work together to manage bending sequences, coordinate machine actuators, and provide operator control in CNC press brake applications for sheet metal fabrication.
The series spans a range of board-level and interface products, including CPU boards with expanded memory, dual-port processor boards, input and output modules, I/O and servo/analog boards, and control boards. It also includes operator interface hardware such as the Form Master II Control Unit, operator interface assemblies, membrane keyboard overlays, vacuum fluorescent displays, and fiber optic transceivers. A Schroff card rack houses and interconnects the control cards within the system enclosure.
