Quadra-Check 200 Readout

The Quadra-Chek 200 Readout series is a family of digital readout (DRO) systems manufactured by Metronics for precision dimensional measurement. These units process signals from linear encoders and scales to display position data across multiple axes, presenting measurements as linear dimensions, angles, and radius calculations on an LCD screen.

The series includes measurement units and readout controllers spanning models such as the QC220, QC221, and QC230, with variants offering different axis support, display configurations, and front-panel controls. Units accept encoder or scale inputs on X, Y, and Z axes through rear-mounted connectors and operate across a wide input voltage range with automatic adjustment.
