T245 Transmitter

Overview

The T245 Transmitter series consists of handheld radio remote control transmitters manufactured by Omnex. Also referred to as the T45/T245, these battery-powered units transmit operator commands via radio frequency (in the 902–928 MHz range) to a paired receiver, enabling wireless operation of industrial machinery from a distance.

Units in this series typically feature multiple pushbutton switches, joysticks and paddles for multi-axis control, an emergency stop button, tilt sensors and low-battery indicators. Many models use a DB50 connector interface for signal communication.

Applications

These transmitters are used to remotely control a range of industrial equipment, including:

• Cranes, hoists and material handling systems
• TrackMobile rail-car movers and other rail equipment
• Concrete pumps, aerial booms and heavy mobile equipment

The series spans several part number families, including the ASSY-1326, ASSY-2422 and ASSY-1993 assemblies, along with related T245-branded and OEM-labeled units.
