MACO IV
The MACO IV series from Barber-Colman is a family of modular control system components built around a card-based architecture. The series brings together the process control cards, interface cards, temperature control input boards, position cards, operator panel electronics, CRT driver boards, and power supplies that make up a complete MACO IV control system.
Products in this Series
This series includes a range of plug-in boards and support hardware, each handling a specific function within the control platform:
- Process control cards — including PC-1, PC2, and PC10 process control boards, and parison control cards.
- Temperature control input boards — Temperature 1 boards for temperature control input.
- Position cards — Linear Position / LP-PF cards.
- Interface cards — sequential interface and operator panel interface cards.
- Machine and operator panel control cards.
- CRT driver boards for operator display.
- Power supplies for the control chassis and operator panel.
Many products are available in multiple part-number revisions, reflecting the variations used across MACO IV installations.
