Quadra-Check 2000 Readout

The Quadra-Check 2000 Readout series is a family of digital readout (DRO) systems used for precision dimensional measurement and quality inspection. These units process signals from linear encoders and scales to display real-time X and Y (and in some configurations additional axis) position data. They are commonly paired with optical comparators, coordinate measuring machines, measuring microscopes, profile projectors, mills, and lathes in machine shops, metrology labs, and quality control environments.

The series is primarily manufactured by Metronics, with related controllers and readouts from Heidenhain and Mitutoyo. It spans the QC2200/QC220x and QC22x model families, including the ND1200 and ND1203 controllers.
