Injectvisor units by Toshiba Machine are advanced control systems that are designed for use with injection molding machines. They are primarily associated with the plastics processing industry, specifically with injection molding machines. It gives the injection molding machine operator a touchscreen interface to easily access information to view a wide range of data at one time. Injection molding is a widely used manufacturing process for producing plastic parts in high volume and can also be found in the automotive, consumer products, electronics, medical and packaging industries. Injectvisor units are used to monitor and control the injection process, ensuring that the plastic material is injected correctly into the mold.

The Injectvisor units are available in several models, including the S1, S10, VL, V10, V21, V30, and V50, each of which offers different features and capabilities.

• The S1 and S10 models are entry-level Injectvisor units, designed for use with smaller injection molding machines. These units are straightforward to operate and offer basic control features. They are best suited for simple injection molding applications and may not be suitable for more complex projects.

• The VL model is a mid-range Injectvisor unit that is designed for use with larger injection molding machines. It offers more advanced control features than the S1 and S10 models and is better suited for more complex injection molding applications.

• The V10 model is an advanced Injectvisor unit that is designed for use with high-speed injection molding machines. It offers advanced control features, including high-speed response times and the ability to control multiple axes simultaneously.

• The V21, V30, and V50 models are the most advanced Injectvisor units offered by Toshiba Machine. These units are designed for use with large and complex injection molding machines and offer a wide range of advanced control features. These features include the ability to control multiple injection molding machines simultaneously, advanced diagnostics, and automated mold changeovers.

Injectvisor units can experience failures, as all electronic devices do at some point in time in their life. The most common failures are related to communication issues, power supply problems, and sensor failures, but failures can also occur with touchscreens, buttons and displays as well. While the new controllers like the V50 and V70 enjoy factory support, the other systems (such as the S1, S10, V10, V21 and V30) are no longer supported by the factory and rely on third-parties such as Control System Labs to provide continuing support.

Once your unit is repaired at Control System Labs, we are able to use our uniquely designed test fixture to make sure your unit is functioning properly before returning it to you.
